This is designed for those who want more one on one opportunities to work with Cheryl on your specific business needs. This is a very customized program working intently with a firm. Because of the nature of the involvement, we limit this program to 4 firms per year.

This is where we shine. Cheryl wants to be involved in as much as you would like her to be. Sometimes a question may come up that Liz can handle better such as logistics she handles daily and we may want you to speak with her depending on your needs but all intensives are with Cheryl.

What you will receive: 

  • 9 One on one​ ( 2 hour)  intensives (kick off meeting is generally less time and this is the very first meeting then 8 "getting down to business" meetings) beginning ​after assessment is done and Cheryl has time to review. The first month is spent on assessment and kick off overview meeting.​ 2 hour zoom intensive with Cheryl every six weeks - 4 total
  • Customized assessment for what you need to focus on. Together we make a plan. ​We will send the assessment in advance and it will take some time for to respond as is detailed (!!) but this is a key element in the assessment of where you are today and where you want to go and Cheryl will review intently. 
  •  Accessibility to your "Business Partner"
  • Access to all Damn Good Workshops, you will be automatically registered.  It may be 2 -4 a month. ( this alone is $550 to $1200 value each month) You can attend live or watch the replays. There will be workbooks with each too. These are very specific topics and so far very well received.
  • Assessments to help improve your business
    • Website review - This is not to make major changes but rather identify anything that you might be missing or that could be improved. This is done in a collaborative manner and is in writing. 
    • Financial assessment - Review of all financials including your P and L and Balance Sheet. We are not CPA's but do all of our own financials so well versed in examining it. We base this information also in our goal setting and give very specific goals and the methods to achieve. 
    • Scope of Work Review - This is at the beginning to see where you are now and then after we talk about our visual scope, Cheryl will also critique it and see what might be missing if anything.
    • Goal Setting Specific to Your Needs - This is a very detailed process and goes hand in hand with the financials. Cheryl reviews P and L, then asks for a projection for year ahead, analyzes your goals for profit then sets very specific profit goals based on product sales and fees. 
    • Process review - We will see current process and will help you detail it out if not already. Will assess and look for holes and help fill them in. 
  • Deliverables 
    • All deliverables we use daily. Ask me about these as they are epic. ( detailed list available) Flat fee calculator, various financial spreadsheets/calculators we use daily, Scope of work and fee proposal with a lot of the verbiage I teach already included, client introduction, contractor scope of work and so much more. We have it for you to customize and use out of the gate. 
    • Action and accountability.We are here to help you find the time to put the work into action! 
    • 4-5 Bound workbooks. These are based on your specific needs mailed throughout the year. These have been super popular. They contain just about everything and are nicely done with space to take notes. You can open one at any place and start reading. It is laid out not like a book where there is long bits of information but more so in micro chapters. The ones sent are based on your specific needs and assessment.
    • Check-ins between intensives to be sure you are on the right track! And do not forget the walk and talks Cheryl is famous for--on a as needed/ as permissible to scheduling we can accommodate. I am here for you! 
    • 12 months to implement. 14 months to pay and maintain access to the program. $1950 per month for 14 months. You can begin paying in January of 2026 but will begin asap with assessments and our internal onboarding.
