The Quick Start Strategy is designed for firms who are willing to dig in to learn more about running a successful business. We will assess the two most pressing issues and tackle them--together.

Your dreams are big but you need help getting there. This is where we come in. We will help you identify realistic goals to put into place over a 3 month time period. It may be working on pricing and the minimum expenditure, or enhancing your marketing strategies, learning more about the inner movement of your financials. Really can be almost anything you need to tackle. We have to be reasonable about what can be done in 3 months but if you are willing to put in the work, so are we.
Once you do the assessment, Cheryl will tackle the areas that are important to YOUR growth. Then, you will gain access to the highlights of our TDP program that meet your needs along with reading material, access to our signature Damn Good Designer Workshops and more.

This is a very high touch, reactive experience. We only take on 2 design firms per quarter at this level. Expect to have ongoing correspondence with Cheryl and Liz, quick turnaround to your reviews and assessments if you are giving us enough time to respond.

Meet Cheryl
A 25 YEAR DAMN GOOD DESIGNER®, SMALL BUSINESS AND INTERIOR DESIGNER COACH, PODCAST HOST & INDUSTRY WRITER
Known for her creative "what if" approach to all facets of design and an unrelenting search for the best solutions, creating homes from the inside out is her passion. But the flow, function and visualization of the future plan is her super power. Running a successful and dynamic business follows as a close second.
Her favorite hobby is research. Reference the "why" upon birth and it makes sense.
She has two daughters, one husband, one Earl, two dogs and lives on a tiny barrier island on the gulf coast of Florida-and yes- keeps a hoodoo voodoo doll buried in the sand protecting against hurricanes.
