Design Delivered™
Maximizing your effectiveness and efficiency with a process that creates confidence and not crazy town!
We want you to build a system that makes your work tangible, your process repeatable, and your profit predictable.
These workshops show you how to turn your goals into defined deliverables, describe them in a way clients understand, and move projects from kickoff to install while also developing a signature process.
When clients see the project and vision and your team follows the system—you deliver projects by managing your clients expectations and having it under control.
More workshops will be added soon!

Building the Machine:
Workflows that Keep Projects Moving
JOIN THE WAITLIST
Building the Machine™ is about learning how to create a workflow that can hold the work. We will look at the key elements that make a design process more reliable:
Signals that tell you when something needs attention.
Prompts that help you and your team ask the right question before work begins.
Catches that help stop mistakes before they travel downstream.
Force Functions that prevent the next step from happening before the required step is complete.
And importantly, how to have others take ownership.
These are the pieces that turn “I know how we do this” into “this is how the work moves every time.”
Bonus: Editable Workflow Layout Included
You will receive access to our signature editable workflow layout, built with places for process steps, prompts, catches, force functions, task details, and completion standards.
This gives you a starting structure instead of a blank page.
You can edit it, simplify it, expand it, and customize it around the way your firm actually works.
Good workflow does not kill creativity.
It protects your business and more importantly helps you grow by having a framework that is teachable to new hires.
When the administrative details, approvals, follow-ups, and critical checks have a place to live, your brain gets more room to do the actual design work and someone else can help you manage it all.
The goal is not to build a process that boxes you in.
The goal is to build one that keeps the project moving, protects the client experience, and gives your firm a repeatable path through the work.
This is for you if:
-
You have a process, but too much of it still lives in your head
-
You are tired of being the person who has to remember every detail
-
Your team needs more structure without you micromanaging every move
-
Client updates, approvals, ordering, or handoffs keep getting messy
-
You want a more repeatable way to manage projects from start to finish
-
You know your current system is working harder than it should
-
You want to scale by hiring. You cannot hire if your process is not set up properly.

Scope Smarter: How to Write a Clear, Bulletproof Visual Scope of Work
JOIN THE WAITLIST
Most designers are still writing scopes the way they think clients understand them with vague descriptions, loose boundaries, and zero transparency around what’s included, what’s not, and how the design process actually works. And then they wonder why clients question their fees, push the boundaries, or expect HGTV-style miracles.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
-
Build a Visual Scope of Work that shows clients exactly what’s included (and what isn’t) so you never hear “I thought it was included” again.
-
Translate a project into clear and tangible deliverables to eliminate confusion, streamline approvals and reduce the never-ending revisions.
-
Use the right verbiage where you position your fees around outcomes, not hours or itemized lists.
-
See working examples of a client-ready scope you can adapt immediately to your own needs complete with the visuals we use, the language, and a layout that will sell itself.
Important note: This workshop is not a template download. It is a 2.5-hour working session focused on how to build a scope of work and fee proposal and how to think through objectives, deliverables, and value communication so the document actually does its job.
For that reason, scope templates are not automatically included. Templates, when offered, are licensed selectively and may be available separately to qualified design firms by request.

"Take Cheryl's on scope. Let me tell you...it articulates everything you do that validates the fees! It was a game changer for me!"

WORKSHOP ATTENDEE
"I recently signed a new client, and I used a lot of the information you taught in the Scope of Work and How to Sell Design Oversight workshops. I offered my clients two service-level options, and they chose the full-service option!"

WORKSHOP ATTENDEE
"Thank you for putting on that class. It was exactly the info I needed in the right moment. I want to grow my business and need better systems, but was feeling overwhelmed at where to start. Your tool was exactly the starting point I need to organize my thoughts and process for when I hire my first employee. And I’ll definitely be taking some more of your courses in the future."

WORKSHOP ATTENDEE
"I wanted to thank you again for repeating the scope of work workshop! And of course your other workshops i have attended this past quarter. I have implemented all the lessons into my “first” and most recent project request, (included the contractors of work in my billing, flat fee concept etc) and received a confirmation response today from the client that not only wanted to move forward, but also ask to increase my billing into include additional rooms adjacent."
Success is for those who are willing to put the time and effort into being prepared and learning how to run a business. And not let the business run them.

A serial entrepreneur and owner of In Detail Interiors, a 7 person, multi-million dollar design firm based on the Gulf Coast. In addition to winning dozens of industry awards throughout her 25 years in business (proving she's a dang good designer who knows her stuff), she also has actual knowledge and experience in business that head and shoulders above the rest of those who currently coach and teach within this industry.
That’s why, instead of bringing you more fluff about how to sign luxury clients or social media marketing (🙄), she is going to teach you what you really need and WANT to know, which is how to increase your bottom line WITHOUT adding more to your workload.
