The idea with the 6 month program is to really dig in on your processes as well as all the things included in the 3 month option. This is a great choice for those who do new builds and remodels too as a good focus on this area is included. Filling in the holes you need to fill in, setting realistic goals, getting a handle on your finances,
reviewing your marketing plans, and helping you implement project pricing. (flat fees + min expenditure) We need a minimum of 6 months to really help you with a more intentional way for your business needs. This
would include a lot more on project management, construction, more marketing and specific needs.
- Customized material to your 3 top goals/needs. There is written material and videos we will customize for your needs after assessment is done so you are not watching things that have no value to you. This is excellent information and nothing like anything out there. These videos and reading guides help prepare you for
our intensive meetings so we hit the ground running.
Total Value - $5000
- 5x 2 hour one on one intensives (we currently charge $1800 for a 3 hour intensive if done alone!) Total value here is $6000
- 2 DGD live workshops a month included. Your choice and can be watched later if miss it. Total value $3000 to $3500 depending on the price.
- Access to previous workshop on Flat fees and Minimum Expenditure. You can still sit in on the live one
when we offer it again but if you want immediate access to the video you can have it. Total value-$600 - Access to Cheryl and/or Liz. Via a click up board we set up for you and where you can ask questions and
get answers! This is a no holds barred communication chain as long as pertains to the top goals/needs we
have set forth. Total value: $1400

Business Assessments - These are done by Cheryl on her own time and a report back to you with notes. We also can review in our meetings. We expect to spend 2 hours each on each one.
- Financial Assessment - Review your p and l and discuss where you are now and where you want to go. Includes calculating your cost to be open based on your expenses.
- Goal Setting - We will take what we learn in the financial assessment and use our system to calculate
profit goals for you --how many projects at what fee + product sales if you do this. This also helps
determine when you can hire someone new. - Scope of Work Assessment - Review what you are doing now, then help you create a visual scope of
work or refine what you have - Review of an actual scope of work you are sending out if you want feedback on pricing/deliverables
etc. - Processes Assessment - We want to see your process now and help you fill in the holes with details.
Detailed checklists will be provided to help you choose what works best for your type of firm. We can
help you set up Click Up also for a small additional fee for our team. - Marketing Assessment - Analyze what you are doing now and what you are spending vis a vis what
might be possible with more "guerilla" style marketing ideas.
