A strong workflow turns your firm into a machine that carries projects forward, keeps responsibilities clear, and makes deadlines predictable. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to design workflows that are manageable, install repeatable systems, and onboard clients in a way that sets every project up for success from day one.

Most designers are still writing scopes the way they think clients understand them with vague descriptions, loose boundaries, and zero transparency around what’s included, what’s not, and how the design process actually works. And then they wonder why clients question their fees, push the boundaries, or expect HGTV-style miracles.

Important note: This workshop is not a template download. It is a 2.5-hour working session focused on how to build a scope of work and fee proposal and how to think through objectives, deliverables, and value communication so the document actually does its job.
For that reason, scope templates are not automatically included. Templates, when offered, are licensed selectively and may be available separately to qualified design firms by request.
